At Roy's Diamond Center we take pride in making sure our customers are happy with their jewelry purchases. We do accept returns and exchanges. Items must be in new condition without signs of wear or damage. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items. AfterPay is a buy now, pay later lender. They pay us in full and upfront on your behalf, the remaining balance will be divided up into payments over a 6 week period. 

Also, if you see an item on our facebook or instagram that you don't see on here and you are interested in purchasing with or without AfterPay, let me know! I'll be glad to add the item to the website so you can use the AfterPay feature. 

Repair work is something we have done here at Roy's for many years! We do have a full time gold smith on staff who does most of our repair work. Most of the time we do have to see the item in person to give you an estimated price.
